WARRANTY: REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Bathroom Sprayers Stainless Steel Sprayers and Valve come with a full 5 year warranty. Our all ABS Sprayers and Chrome T-Valve come with a one year warranty for normal use on all parts.  It does not apply to sprayers that are mistreated by being dropped or hit against hard surfaces. Items being replaced under warranty must first be returned.

We inspect and guarantee that all our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment. Please notify Bathroomsprayers.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if your order arrived damaged. Defective or damaged items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer’s equivalent model only. Misuse or misapplication of items is beyond our control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied. If your product is malfunctioning you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Within 14 days of receiving your order you may return or exchange most items for a credit or refund. Sprayers that are returned marked "unclaimed" by the shipping company are not refundable unless arrangement was made between both parties.

You may return the product for a store credit towards future purchase of equal or greater value.

You may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for all shipping fees involved.

• To exchange a product please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in unused condition. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange we will ship out the replacement product.
• To qualify for a refund, All items must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging and containers, documentation, all accessories and must be suitable for immediate resale. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is opened, not in its original condition, is damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery. If an order is returned as undeliverable or the packaging has been opened you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Bathroomsprayers.com reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

CANCELLING ORDERS: If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. A $5.00 fee will apply for all cancelled orders. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
